If you provide a wrong, mistyped, incompatible, or incorrect destination address when withdrawing — or select the wrong network/chain — your funds will be sent there permanently and cannot be recovered, reversed, or refunded by anyone, including us. Euro Crypto Millions is not responsible and accepts no liability for any loss resulting from an address or network entered in error. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every withdrawal address. Always double-check the address and network, and use the withdrawal address whitelist.

1. You may lose money

Lottery participation is a form of gambling. Prizes are awarded by chance. You should never spend more than you can afford to lose, and there is no guarantee of winning. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once a draw round has closed.

2. Crypto-asset volatility

The value of the crypto-assets you deposit, hold, and withdraw can fluctuate significantly and may fall as well as rise. EUR values shown on the platform are estimates for convenience only and are not a guarantee of realisable value.

3. Irreversibility & user responsibility

Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot cancel, reverse, or recall a transaction once it is broadcast. You are responsible for:

Entering the correct destination address for every withdrawal.
Selecting the correct network/chain (e.g. ERC-20 vs TRC-20 for USDT).
Ensuring the receiving wallet supports the asset and network you send.
Keeping your account credentials and 2FA device secure.

Sending an unsupported asset, or an asset on the wrong network, to a platform-generated deposit address may also result in permanent loss that we cannot recover.

4. Network fees & confirmations

Deposits are credited only after the required number of on-chain confirmations. Network (gas) fees apply to withdrawals and are deducted from or added to the amount as displayed. Confirmation times depend on the underlying blockchain and are outside our control.

5. Regulatory & availability risk

The service may be unavailable in your jurisdiction. Accessing it from a restricted location, or by misrepresenting your location or identity, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture in accordance with our Terms of Service.
