These Terms govern your use of Euro Crypto Millions (the "Platform"). By creating an account you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live).
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing.
- You may hold only one account.
2. Deposits, withdrawals & custody
Deposits are credited after the required on-chain confirmations. Withdrawals are sent only to addresses you have whitelisted, after any applicable cooldown, and may require manual review above configured limits.
3. Fair play & draws
Winning numbers are generated using the public drand randomness beacon. Each round commits to a specific future beacon round before ticket sales open, and the randomness and its signature are published so any result can be independently verified.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal activity.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions (e.g. via VPN) or identity checks.
- Automated abuse, exploitation of bugs, or collusion.
5. Suspension & closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, fail verification, or present fraud/AML risk, and may withhold funds pending investigation as permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for losses arising from your own errors (including incorrect withdrawal addresses), blockchain network issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and require renewed acceptance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
